 If Norton has blocked the internet use these steps :

  • Click Settings in the Norton product window

  • If Norton firewall is blocking the internet ,Select Firewall in the Settings window

  • Select the program you want to authorize Internet access for on the Program Control tab.

  • Click Allow in the application entry's Access drop-down list and get past NORTON FIREWALL PROTECTION
